The Collection
Inspired by the classic horror canon, Areaware's cult Cubebot meets its most supernatural relatives. Each figure is crafted from beechwood, finished with water-based paint and held together by elastic bands – making it poseable in dozens of unique positions. When the show is over: fold it back into a perfect 1.5-inch cube.
Designed by David Weeks – the New York-based designer who created one of the most beloved design toys of the last decades with the original Cubebot. Inspired by the Japanese tradition of Kumi-ki wooden puzzles.
The 5 Characters
Ghost – The Silent One. Pale, ethereal, barely there. Ghost prefers to float rather than stand – and belongs on the shelf of anyone who favours the mysterious over the merely spooky.
Mummy – The Bandaged One. Thousands of years old and still on its feet. Mummy wears its history quite literally on its body – and brings a touch of ancient Egyptian charm to any room.
Vampire – The Elegant One. No Cubebot wears its cape with more dignity. Vampire is the choice for those who appreciate style even in the dark – and never arrive uninvited.
Werewolf – The Wild One. Full moon or not, Werewolf is always ready. With an expression that hovers between playful and dangerous, it is the fan favourite of the collection.
Zombie – The Unstoppable One. Slow, steady, undeterred. Zombie is the most philosophical of the five – and somehow the most loveable.

If you order our design products by 2 p.m., you will usually receive them within 1-2 working days.

Your order will be shipped via our partners DHL & UPS within Germany and the EU.
How much are the shipping costs?
Within Germany, many orders are shipped free of charge. We charge a flat rate of €5.90 for the shipping of your order within Germany and shipping is free for you from an order value of €75.
The free shipping offer applies to standard shipping. The value of the goods after a possible return is decisive. If the value of the goods falls below €75 as a result of exercising your right of withdrawal, the shipping postage of €5.95 will be charged and offset against your refund for the return.
Bulky goods shipping costs of €19.95 may apply for individual items that exceed the standard package size. These will be calculated at check-out.

How can I return products?
You can return ordered products up to 30 days after receipt of your order. More information
If you would like to return an item, send us an email to orders@charlesandmarie.com with the order number and information about which products you would like to return. Please pay for the return shipping - this of course does not apply to justified complaints.
