Here you will find the most important questions and answers regarding your order.
How can I place an order?
Select the products you want and add them to your shopping cart. By clicking “Checkout,” you enter your delivery address and payment method, review your order, and complete it by clicking “Buy now.”
Note: Information about the conclusion of the purchase contract can be found in our General Terms and Conditions (GTC).
How can I cancel or change my order?
Unfortunately, changes or cancellations after an order has been placed are not always possible, as we process orders very quickly. Please contact us as soon as possible by email at orders@charlesandmarie.com.
If a cancellation or change is no longer possible, you may of course return your order as usual within the scope of your right of withdrawal once you have received it. In this case, please register a return and select an appropriate reason for return.
Incorrect address provided - what now?
Please contact us as soon as possible by email at orders@charlesandmarie.com and provide your order number as well as the correct delivery address.
As long as the order has not yet been shipped, we can change the address. If the parcel is already on its way and is returned to us due to an incorrect address, we will resend it to you once it has been received back. Please note that additional shipping costs may apply.
Shipping & Delivery

How long does shipping take?
Orders placed on working days by 2:00 PM and available for immediate delivery are usually shipped on the same day. Delivery within Germany takes 1–3 working days.
If your order contains items with different delivery times, shipping will take place together based on the longest delivery time, unless otherwise agreed. For pre-orders, the delivery time can be found directly on the product page.
After placing your order, you will receive an order confirmation by email.
How much are the shipping costs?
Shipping within Germany costs €5.90 per order.
Standard shipping is free for orders with a value of €75.00 or more. The decisive factor is the merchandise value after any possible returns.
How much are the international shipping costs?
International shipping costs depend on the respective shipping zone and the weight of your order.
The exact shipping costs will be displayed during checkout before completing your order or can be viewed in our shipping cost overview.
Are there additional costs for deliveries outside the EU?
Yes, deliveries to non-EU countries may be subject to additional customs duties, taxes, or import fees. These costs are not included in the purchase price or shipping costs and must be paid directly to the responsible customs or tax authorities.
Which shipping provider will deliver my order?
Depending on the destination region, shipping is carried out via DHL or DPD.
What happens if my order contains multiple items with different delivery times?
If your order contains multiple items with different delivery times, they will be shipped together in one shipment, unless otherwise agreed. In this case, the delivery time is determined by the item with the longest delivery time.
Will I receive a shipping confirmation and tracking information?
Yes, as soon as your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation by email.
This email includes a tracking link that allows you to check the current status of your delivery at any time.

Can I cancel my order?
Yes, you may cancel your order within 30 days without giving any reason. The cancellation period begins on the day you receive the last item of your order.
How do I exercise my right of withdrawal?
To exercise your right of withdrawal, it is sufficient to send us a clear statement by email or post. You may use our sample withdrawal form, but this is not mandatory.
What should I do if an item arrives damaged?
If an item arrives damaged or defective, please send us an email to orders@charlesandmarie.com including your order number, photos of the damage, and a brief description. We will get back to you promptly and clarify the next steps.
By when do I need to send my return?
After exercising your right of withdrawal, you must return the goods to us no later than 14 days thereafter. It is sufficient that you send the return within this period.

Who bears the return shipping costs?
You are responsible for the costs of returning the goods.
For particularly large or bulky items (freight shipments), return shipping costs may amount to up to approximately €75.
What should I consider when returning items?
Please return the items, if possible, undamaged, clean, and in their original packaging including all accessories. Additional outer packaging is recommended to prevent transport damage. Unfortunately, we cannot accept shipments sent freight collect.
When and how will I receive my refund?
After receipt and inspection of your return, we will refund the purchase amount no later than within 14 days. The refund will be issued using the same payment method that you used for your order.
Why might my refund be delayed?
We may withhold the refund until we have received the goods or you have provided proof of return, whichever occurs first.
Do I have to compensate for any loss in value of the goods?

Nein, das Widerrufsrecht gilt nicht für Verbraucher außerhalb der Europäischen Union, wenn Wohnsitz und Lieferadresse zum Zeitpunkt der Bestellung außerhalb der EU liegen.

Bei Charles & Marie kannst du bequem per Kreditkarte, PayPal, Apple Pay, Shopify Pay oder Sofortüberweisung bezahlen.
Wie erhalte ich meine Rechnung?
Wir legen keine Rechnung ins Paket. Deine Rechnung findest du als PDF-Download in der Bestellbestätigungs-E-Mail.
Wann wird meine Zahlung belastet?
Die Belastung deines Kontos erfolgt mit Abschluss deiner Bestellung.
Ist meine Zahlung bei euch sicher?
Ja, alle Zahlungen werden über verschlüsselte und sichere Zahlungsanbieter abgewickelt, sodass deine Daten jederzeit geschützt sind.
Kann ich mehrere Zahlungsmethoden kombinieren?
Nein, pro Bestellung kann jeweils nur eine Zahlungsmethode ausgewählt werden.
Was kann ich tun, wenn meine Zahlung nicht funktioniert hat?

Wie löse ich einen Gutschein- oder Rabattcode ein?
Deinen Gutschein- oder Rabattcode kannst du im Checkout im Feld „Rabattcode“ eingeben. Der Betrag wird automatisch vom Bestellwert abgezogen.
Kann ich mehrere Rabattcodes gleichzeitig verwenden?
Nein, pro Bestellung kann immer nur ein Gutschein- oder Rabattcode eingelöst werden.
Warum funktioniert mein Rabattcode nicht?
Bitte prüfe, ob der Code korrekt eingegeben wurde und noch gültig ist. Manche Codes sind an Bedingungen geknüpft (z. B. Mindestbestellwert oder bestimmte Produkte).
Kann ich einen Gutschein nachträglich einlösen?
Leider nein. Rabattcodes müssen vor Abschluss der Bestellung im Checkout eingegeben werden.
Was passiert mit meinem Gutschein bei einer Retoure?
Wenn du deine Bestellung ganz oder teilweise zurücksendest, wird der Gutschein anteilig oder vollständig ungültig, sofern die Gutscheinbedingungen nicht mehr erfüllt sind.
