Description
THE SCHOOL OF LIFE
We know our physical age — but how old are we, emotionally?
How Emotionally Mature Are You? is a book by The School of Life — paperback, 160 pages, 17.6 × 12.7 cm. A questionnaire book with accompanying essays: it helps you assess your own emotional maturity and develop it further, with gentleness and insight. The gift for anyone who genuinely wants to grow — not just outwardly, but inwardly.
The gift for real inner growth
Most of us want to be more emotionally mature — better able to handle rejection, frustration, anxiety and uncertainty with poise and intelligence. But before you can grow, you need to know where you stand. How Emotionally Mature Are You? establishes exactly that: with a questionnaire that gently and honestly pinpoints the key markers of psychological adulthood. How do you typically respond to rejection? How do you deal with perfectionism? Do you struggle with impostor syndrome? Accompanying essays offer direction on how to reach the emotional adulthood you aspire to. As a birthday or Christmas gift for people who want genuine change.
Questionnaire meets reflection
The book combines two approaches: structured self-assessment through questionnaires and deeper reflection through essays. Not a self-help guide offering simple recipes — but an honest, respectful mirror that shows where you really are and offers a realistic road map to where you want to be.
