How much are the shipping costs?
Within Germany, many orders are shipped free of charge. We charge a flat rate of €5.90 for the shipping of your order within Germany and shipping is free for you from an order value of €75.
The free shipping offer applies to standard shipping. The value of the goods after a possible return is decisive. If the value of the goods falls below €75 as a result of exercising your right of withdrawal, the shipping postage of €5.95 will be charged and offset against your refund for the return.
Bulky goods shipping costs of €19.95 may apply for individual items that exceed the standard package size. These will be calculated at check-out.

If you would like to return an item, send us an email to orders@charlesandmarie.com with the order number and information about which products you would like to return. Please pay for the return shipping - this of course does not apply to justified complaints.

A bear in black with white dots. The strangest thing every bag has been missing.
The Dots Bear Charm by WOUF is a three-dimensional bear figure in soft black fabric with embroidered white polka dots – 14 × 6 × 5 cm, with clip and keyring for attachment to any bag, backpack, or keychain. The dot is WOUF’s own motif: the label, officially Prints for Good S.L., has used polka-dot aesthetics as its design DNA from the beginning. Here it meets a bear figure – and the result surprises: black and white, no additional colour, the charm reads as more graphic and more editorial than expected. Not playful, but pointed. 100 % polyester outer fabric, filled with 100 % recycled polyester. Do not wash.

The dot is WOUF’s founding motif. The label built its identity around polka-dot prints – an aesthetic that Yayoi Kusama turned into a lifelong obsession and art practice, and that Christian Dior named as “my most-loved motif after flowers” as early as the 1950s. WOUF applies this design language to a bear figure: the most characterful charm in the collection – because it translates the label’s design identity directly into three-dimensional form.
Is this charm playful or design-oriented?
Both simultaneously – which is precisely what makes it interesting. The bear figure has an immediacy everyone recognises. But black fabric and embroidered white polka dots: that is a graphic, almost editorial decision. Black and white without any additional colour pulls the charm far away from toy territory and into design-object space.
