How much are the shipping costs?
Within Germany, many orders are shipped free of charge. We charge a flat rate of €5.90 for the shipping of your order within Germany and shipping is free for you from an order value of €75.
The free shipping offer applies to standard shipping. The value of the goods after a possible return is decisive. If the value of the goods falls below €75 as a result of exercising your right of withdrawal, the shipping postage of €5.95 will be charged and offset against your refund for the return.
Bulky goods shipping costs of €19.95 may apply for individual items that exceed the standard package size. These will be calculated at check-out.

If you would like to return an item, send us an email to orders@charlesandmarie.com with the order number and information about which products you would like to return. Please pay for the return shipping - this of course does not apply to justified complaints.

The feeding station no one wants to hide — for dogs and cats.
Two stainless steel bowls, a frame of solid ash wood, rubber feet to prevent sliding — 47 × 24 cm for dogs (Spike) or 38 × 19 cm for cats (Tom). The pet bowl “Spike & Tom” by side by side looks like a piece of furniture but works as a fully functional feeding station. Designed by product designer Hannes Weber (defacto.design), handcrafted at the Wendelstein Werkstätten — a workshop for people with disabilities in the Bavarian foothills. The names? Spike is the dog, Tom the cat — just like in the cartoon Tom & Jerry.

Tom (38 × 19 × 7 cm) is designed for cats and small to medium dogs; each bowl holds 0.5 l. Spike (47 × 24 × 10 cm) offers double the volume — 1.0 l each — and is sized for larger dogs. Both are made from the same materials: solid ash wood, lacquered, with two fitted stainless steel bowls.
Can I put the stainless steel bowls in the dishwasher?
Yes. The stainless steel bowls lift out easily and are dishwasher-safe. The wooden frame itself is cleaned with a damp cloth — standing water on the ash wood should be wiped off promptly.
Does the bowl slide on tiles or hardwood when my dog eats from it?
Rubber feet on the underside prevent sliding on smooth floors. The weight of the wooden frame — Spike weighs 1.96 kg, Tom 1.20 kg — adds further stability. The bowl stays firmly in place on tiles, hardwood and stone.
