Your order will be shipped via our partners DHL & UPS within Germany and the EU.

How much are the shipping costs?

Within Germany, many orders are shipped free of charge. We charge a flat rate of €5.90 for the shipping of your order within Germany and shipping is free for you from an order value of €75.

The free shipping offer applies to standard shipping. The value of the goods after a possible return is decisive. If the value of the goods falls below €75 as a result of exercising your right of withdrawal, the shipping postage of €5.95 will be charged and offset against your refund for the return.

Bulky goods shipping costs of €19.95 may apply for individual items that exceed the standard package size. These will be calculated at check-out.

You can return ordered products up to 30 days after receipt of your order. More information

If you would like to return an item, send us an email to orders@charlesandmarie.com with the order number and information about which products you would like to return. Please pay for the return shipping - this of course does not apply to justified complaints.

A different delivery time is displayed

If a product can only be pre-ordered or is not in stock, it cannot be delivered immediately. In this case, you can find the deviating delivery time on the product page. As soon as we have the product available and dispatched again, you will receive it within the delivery times stated above.

Description

We like living in a part of the world that is characterized by the changeability of the seasons. We love spring for its beguiling scents, summer for the hot sand by the sea, autumn for the most beautiful colors and winter for its refreshing powder snow.

Unfortunately, the latter has been less and less common for some time now. We can't even remember the last time we went sledging or built a snowman. And yet this is the coolest winter entertainment!

We miss the real winter, snowy and cold, unfortunately the forecasts for the future are not optimistic. That's why we thought it was the right time to introduce a snow pattern.

If we won't see a white comforter outside our windows next winter, at least we'll have its replacement in the house. And on a hot summer, we imagine it will keep us perfectly cool!

When you have completed the initial registration, your account is complete. If you unexpectedly encounter any difficulties, you can always email or call us... and we'll be happy to help!

We only need your name, e-mail and you have to assign a password. Data protection is a matter of course for us - you can find all the details in our data protection declaration.

Another tip: to ensure that an email message from Charles & Marie does not go through your SPAM filter, we strongly recommend that you enter the email address(es) of the emails you received from us. Add mail to your address book! This is how you make sure that all our messages reach you safely!

How fast is shipping and where is my order?

In general, all orders are processed on the same day. This means that you will be sent an order confirmation by email immediately after you have placed your order.

Orders received before 2:00 p.m. CET will be shipped the same working day if all the products ordered are in stock. Orders placed over the weekend will be processed and shipped the following Monday.

As soon as your order is dispatched and handed over to our logistics partner, you will receive tracking information via email via the DHL, DPD or UPS systems. You simply click on the tracking code in this email and you can immediately follow the status of your delivery.

Do you have a sold-out product with you? Delivery time pre-ordered? Well, such orders will be shipped as soon as the goods arrive back at our warehouse. Please note the delivery time indicated for the product.
