Germany - free shipping from 75 € order value

If you order our design products by 2 p.m., you will usually receive them within 1-2 working days.

All later orders on working days, which only contain products that can be delivered immediately, will be dispatched on the following working day

Europe

Products that can be delivered immediately will usually be with you within 4-6 working days.

How is my order shipped?

Your order will be shipped via our partners DHL & UPS within Germany and the EU.

How much are the shipping costs?

Within Germany, many orders are shipped free of charge. We charge a flat rate of €5.90 for the shipping of your order within Germany and shipping is free for you from an order value of €75.

The free shipping offer applies to standard shipping. The value of the goods after a possible return is decisive. If the value of the goods falls below €75 as a result of exercising your right of withdrawal, the shipping postage of €5.95 will be charged and offset against your refund for the return.

Bulky goods shipping costs of €19.95 may apply for individual items that exceed the standard package size. These will be calculated at check-out.

How can I return products?

You can return ordered products up to 30 days after receipt of your order. More information

If you would like to return an item, send us an email to orders@charlesandmarie.com with the order number and information about which products you would like to return. Please pay for the return shipping - this of course does not apply to justified complaints.

A different delivery time is displayed

If a product can only be pre-ordered or is not in stock, it cannot be delivered immediately. In this case, you can find the deviating delivery time on the product page. As soon as we have the product available and dispatched again, you will receive it within the delivery times stated above.

Evoking long summer evenings round the campfire and winter nights in the study, reading by the crackling fire, this candle is the most delicious blend of smoky, spicy and musk scents.

Peanuts Campfire Candles are hand poured in the UK and using part-recycled amber glass vessels - screen-printed with an original Snoopy artwork from the official archives.

Magpie's Peanuts candles are made with a naturally sourced soya and rapeseed oil wax blend and high quality perfume oils, making this product both sustainable and kind to the environment.

They come gift boxed in screen-printed natural kraft boxes.

Top Notes: cedarwood, patchouli, musk

These candles are part of Magpie's collaboration with Charles M.Schulz’s fabulous comic strip, Peanuts! The comic strip mirrors everyday realities but within an adultless society, copying the highs and lows, worries and anxieties of life. Using the Peanuts cast of characters - including everyone’s favorite cartoon dog Snoopy - Magpie has created a range of super cute and very current homewares.

How fast is shipping and where is my order?

In general, all orders are processed on the same day. This means that you will be sent an order confirmation by email immediately after you have placed your order.

Orders received before 2:00 p.m. CET will be shipped the same working day if all the products ordered are in stock. Orders placed over the weekend will be processed and shipped the following Monday.

As soon as your order is dispatched and handed over to our logistics partner, you will receive tracking information via email via the DHL, DPD or UPS systems. You simply click on the tracking code in this email and you can immediately follow the status of your delivery.

Do you have a sold-out product with you? Delivery time pre-ordered? Well, such orders will be shipped as soon as the goods arrive back at our warehouse. Please note the delivery time indicated for the product.
