How much are the shipping costs?

Within Germany, many orders are shipped free of charge. We charge a flat rate of €5.90 for the shipping of your order within Germany and shipping is free for you from an order value of €75.

The free shipping offer applies to standard shipping. The value of the goods after a possible return is decisive. If the value of the goods falls below €75 as a result of exercising your right of withdrawal, the shipping postage of €5.95 will be charged and offset against your refund for the return.

Bulky goods shipping costs of €19.95 may apply for individual items that exceed the standard package size. These will be calculated at check-out.

If you would like to return an item, send us an email to orders@charlesandmarie.com with the order number and information about which products you would like to return. Please pay for the return shipping - this of course does not apply to justified complaints.

If a product can only be pre-ordered or is not in stock, it cannot be delivered immediately. In this case, you can find the deviating delivery time on the product page. As soon as we have the product available and dispatched again, you will receive it within the delivery times stated above.

Description

Ilta is a minimalist and beautiful marble candleholder. It was designed by Finnish Samuli Helavuo for Spring Copenhagen, and the name means "evening" in Finnish.

When darkness falls, it's time to get out your candles. Ilta is a beautiful candleholder with space for four candles. The candleholder is ideal for spreading instant coziness, and goes in any room in your home. And the simple design blends beautifully into your decor.

Place it on a pile of books, in the windowsill or on the coffee table.

Ilta is made of marble, which is not only eye-catching but also makes the candleholder extra stable. The design is minimalist, letting the material take center stage. The surface slopes slightly, a simple detail that adds life to the candleholder’s overall look.

The bottom of Ilta is fitted with a thin cork base so that it can stand on all surfaces without leaving a mark. Ilta is also available in green marble.

How fast is shipping and where is my order?

In general, all orders are processed on the same day. This means that you will be sent an order confirmation by email immediately after you have placed your order.

Orders received before 2:00 p.m. CET will be shipped the same working day if all the products ordered are in stock. Orders placed over the weekend will be processed and shipped the following Monday.

As soon as your order is dispatched and handed over to our logistics partner, you will receive tracking information via email via the DHL, DPD or UPS systems. You simply click on the tracking code in this email and you can immediately follow the status of your delivery.

Do you have a sold-out product with you? Delivery time pre-ordered? Well, such orders will be shipped as soon as the goods arrive back at our warehouse. Please note the delivery time indicated for the product.
