From 1 to 24...

Widely distributed, the numbers from December 1 to Christmas are found in white dots on the solid colored, long Countdown Advent candle - designed by "not the girl who misses much" from Hamburg/Germany.

An Advent calendar on which the candle may burn in each case until the next number.

The single package, on which you can see all around how the candle looks like from the inside, is printed in Hamburg on open design paper climate neutral. The numbers are screen-printed onto the candle.

The candles are made of solid colored wax and by hand one layer of color is poured on top of the next, resulting in a burning time of 10-11 hours. Each candle is thus unique and comes perfectly packaged as a small gift in a nice package to give away.

The candles come from fair trade and are produced socially responsibly. They stand safely and fit perfectly in the POP candle holders, which you can order in the matching color separately.

Never leave a candle unattended, and never place it near anything that can catch fire. Always leave at least 10 cm between burning candles.

Your order will be shipped via our partners DHL & UPS within Germany and the EU.

How much are the shipping costs?

Within Germany, many orders are shipped free of charge. We charge a flat rate of €5.90 for the shipping of your order within Germany and shipping is free for you from an order value of €59.

Bulky goods shipping costs of €19.95 may apply for individual items that exceed the standard package size. These will be calculated at check-out.

Shipping to most EU countries costs a flat rate of €9.90 and is free of charge for orders over €85. All shipping details

How can I return products?

You can return ordered products up to 30 days after receipt of your order. More information

If you would like to return an item, send us an email to orders@charlesandmarie.com with the order number and information about which products you would like to return. Please pay for the return shipping - this of course does not apply to justified complaints.

A different delivery time is displayed

How fast is shipping and where is my order?

In general, all orders are processed on the same day. This means that you will be sent an order confirmation by email immediately after you have placed your order.

Orders received before 2:00 p.m. CET will be shipped the same working day if all the products ordered are in stock. Orders placed over the weekend will be processed and shipped the following Monday.

As soon as your order is dispatched and handed over to our logistics partner, you will receive tracking information via email via the DHL, DPD or UPS systems. You simply click on the tracking code in this email and you can immediately follow the status of your delivery.

Do you have a sold-out product with you? Delivery time pre-ordered? Well, such orders will be shipped as soon as the goods arrive back at our warehouse. Please note the delivery time indicated for the product.
