Description

Some say that birds are a symbol of luck, love, healing, and a lot of other good things.

Hang this wooden Bird Mobile - designed by Luca Boscardin for Areaware - composed of graphic lines and clean shapes, in your favorite room as a reminder of all the nice things. Pull gently on the string to help your bird take flight. Take all three under your wing to create your own flock—after all, birds of a feather like to fly together.

Luca Boscardin lives and works in Amsterdam as a toy designer, an illustrator for the German agency Sepia, and icon designer for Philips. He obtained a BA in Architecture and a MA in Visual Communication at IUAV University of Venice.

In 2016, he launched his own brand BLUC, with a series of rocking animals, part of the collection at Vitra Design Museum and at Triennale Design Museum of Milan. In 2019 and 2020 he published Standing in Line and Italian Scraps for Corraini. During this time he also taught design at Abadir Academy in Catania, Italy where he currently runs several workshops for children and students.

How much are the shipping costs?

Within Germany, many orders are shipped free of charge. We charge a flat rate of €5.90 for the shipping of your order within Germany and shipping is free for you from an order value of €59.

Bulky goods shipping costs of €19.95 may apply for individual items that exceed the standard package size. These will be calculated at check-out.

Shipping to most EU countries costs a flat rate of €9.90 and is free of charge for orders over €85. All shipping details

How can I return products?

You can return ordered products up to 30 days after receipt of your order. More information

If you would like to return an item, send us an email to orders@charlesandmarie.com with the order number and information about which products you would like to return. Please pay for the return shipping - this of course does not apply to justified complaints.

How fast is shipping and where is my order?

In general, all orders are processed on the same day. This means that you will be sent an order confirmation by email immediately after you have placed your order.

Orders received before 2:00 p.m. CET will be shipped the same working day if all the products ordered are in stock. Orders placed over the weekend will be processed and shipped the following Monday.

As soon as your order is dispatched and handed over to our logistics partner, you will receive tracking information via email via the DHL, DPD or UPS systems. You simply click on the tracking code in this email and you can immediately follow the status of your delivery.

Do you have a sold-out product with you? Delivery time pre-ordered? Well, such orders will be shipped as soon as the goods arrive back at our warehouse. Please note the delivery time indicated for the product.
