Chresten Sommer's designs should appeal to all genders and all ages. His designs follow several rules: they have to be simple, accentuate the aesthetics of wood and combine nature with sweet and childish expressions - and of course always be hand-turned.

It is crucial to him that his characters have the right proportions and the right expression. He is only satisfied when he feels that this is his best design so far. It has always been the craft, and using his hands, that attracted him. And it was the fascination with the craft that 15 years ago led him to make wooden designs as a hobby.

Germany - free shipping from 75 € order value

If you order our design products by 2 p.m., you will usually receive them within 1-2 working days.

All later orders on working days, which only contain products that can be delivered immediately, will be dispatched on the following working day

Europe

Products that can be delivered immediately will usually be with you within 4-6 working days.

How is my order shipped?

Your order will be shipped via our partners DHL & UPS within Germany and the EU.

How much are the shipping costs?

Within Germany, many orders are shipped free of charge. We charge a flat rate of €5.90 for the shipping of your order within Germany and shipping is free for you from an order value of €75.

The free shipping offer applies to standard shipping. The value of the goods after a possible return is decisive. If the value of the goods falls below €75 as a result of exercising your right of withdrawal, the shipping postage of €5.95 will be charged and offset against your refund for the return.

Bulky goods shipping costs of €19.95 may apply for individual items that exceed the standard package size. These will be calculated at check-out.

Shipping to most EU countries costs a flat rate of €9.90. All shipping details

How can I return products?

You can return ordered products up to 30 days after receipt of your order. More information

If you would like to return an item, send us an email to orders@charlesandmarie.com with the order number and information about which products you would like to return. Please pay for the return shipping - this of course does not apply to justified complaints.

A different delivery time is displayed

If a product can only be pre-ordered or is not in stock, it cannot be delivered immediately. In this case, you can find the deviating delivery time on the product page. As soon as we have the product available and dispatched again, you will receive it within the delivery times stated above.

Big Lucky The Cat is the large version of this unique, cute and handmade wooden animal made of oak & maple wood - designed by Chresten Sommer for Spring Copenhagen.

The cat Lucky is all yours. Like other cats, she has this special personality and charisma. She gives life and personality to your windowsill while she looks through the room with her lifelike eyes.

When Lucky tilts her head and looks at you, we are pretty sure that your heart melts. And even though Lucky will hardly catch mice and rats, she will give your home a lot of joy - whether big or small.

Designer Chresten Sommer has had cats herself and is very fascinated by them. One moment they are loving and sociable, the next moment a wild predator on the prowl.

The special relationship between humans and cats is probably based on the independence of the cat. It reminds us of ourselves. A cat seldom submits to a human being, as for example, the dog does - and therefore always has a special value because of its personality and charisma.

Lucky gets along very well with her boyfriend Happy the dog and together they feel really good. Lucky & Happy are both available in large and different small versions.

How fast is shipping and where is my order?

In general, all orders are processed on the same day. This means that you will be sent an order confirmation by email immediately after you have placed your order.

Orders received before 2:00 p.m. CET will be shipped the same working day if all the products ordered are in stock. Orders placed over the weekend will be processed and shipped the following Monday.

As soon as your order is dispatched and handed over to our logistics partner, you will receive tracking information via email via the DHL, DPD or UPS systems. You simply click on the tracking code in this email and you can immediately follow the status of your delivery.

Do you have a sold-out product with you? Delivery time pre-ordered? Well, such orders will be shipped as soon as the goods arrive back at our warehouse. Please note the delivery time indicated for the product.
