Description

The Berlin by The City Works shows a detailed drawing of the German capital. This notebook is part of the city series by The City Works and we have other international cities for you in the shop.

The notebook's cover is hand-pressed in their studio in Austria. The designers use a traditional technique where the design is clamped into the paper. This leaves a lasting impression on the cover. And hopefully on you too! The spine is also embossed with the name of the city, and The City Works logo is on the back.

Each notebook has 128 blank pages that are bound together in Holland using the OTA binding. This method is more stable, requires less glue and allows the notebook to lie completely flat during use. This maximizes your creative freedom and makes your notebook even more durable.

When you receive your Berlin notebook, it will come with a frosted paper band and a set of four line guides: lined, gridded, dotted and Hello World (a fun template for drawing landmarks or coloring in). The templates are bold, simple and sturdy and fit perfectly into the spine of the notebook.

How much are the shipping costs?

Within Germany, many orders are shipped free of charge. We charge a flat rate of €5.90 for the shipping of your order within Germany and shipping is free for you from an order value of €59.

Bulky goods shipping costs of €19.95 may apply for individual items that exceed the standard package size. These will be calculated at check-out.

Shipping to most EU countries costs a flat rate of €9.90 and is free of charge for orders over €85. All shipping details

How can I return products?

You can return ordered products up to 30 days after receipt of your order. More information

If you would like to return an item, send us an email to orders@charlesandmarie.com with the order number and information about which products you would like to return. Please pay for the return shipping - this of course does not apply to justified complaints.

If a product can only be pre-ordered or is not in stock, it cannot be delivered immediately. In this case, you can find the deviating delivery time on the product page. As soon as we have the product available and dispatched again, you will receive it within the delivery times stated above.

How fast is shipping and where is my order?

In general, all orders are processed on the same day. This means that you will be sent an order confirmation by email immediately after you have placed your order.

Orders received before 2:00 p.m. CET will be shipped the same working day if all the products ordered are in stock. Orders placed over the weekend will be processed and shipped the following Monday.

As soon as your order is dispatched and handed over to our logistics partner, you will receive tracking information via email via the DHL, DPD or UPS systems. You simply click on the tracking code in this email and you can immediately follow the status of your delivery.

Do you have a sold-out product with you? Delivery time pre-ordered? Well, such orders will be shipped as soon as the goods arrive back at our warehouse. Please note the delivery time indicated for the product.
