These SUPER! reward cards from Stratier were originally designed for your children, but can also be used for your partner...

...because everyone has their little weaknesses that should be worked on!

Let's assume your child never finishes his plate... no problem!

Write down the task that needs to be accomplished or the goal that needs to be worked towards. Is the plate almost empty or was the dentist's appointment bravely endured? Then your child can stick out a cardboard thumb.

After the declared goal has been courageously achieved 14 times, the agreed reward is available! Go swimming together, eat ice cream, go to the playground... that's what it says in black and white on the tear-off voucher.

The cheers are an extra recognition in between.

Your order will be shipped via our partners DHL & UPS within Germany and the EU.

How much are the shipping costs?

Within Germany, many orders are shipped free of charge. We charge a flat rate of €5.90 for the shipping of your order within Germany and shipping is free for you from an order value of €59.

Bulky goods shipping costs of €19.95 may apply for individual items that exceed the standard package size. These will be calculated at check-out.

Shipping to most EU countries costs a flat rate of €9.90 and is free of charge for orders over €85. All shipping details

How can I return products?

You can return ordered products up to 30 days after receipt of your order. More information

If you would like to return an item, send us an email to orders@charlesandmarie.com with the order number and information about which products you would like to return. Please pay for the return shipping - this of course does not apply to justified complaints.

A different delivery time is displayed

If a product can only be pre-ordered or is not in stock, it cannot be delivered immediately. In this case, you can find the deviating delivery time on the product page. As soon as we have the product available and dispatched again, you will receive it within the delivery times stated above.

When you have completed the initial registration, your account is complete. If you unexpectedly encounter any difficulties, you can always email or call us... and we'll be happy to help!

Another tip: to ensure that an email message from Charles & Marie does not go through your SPAM filter, we strongly recommend that you enter the email address(es) of the emails you received from us. Add mail to your address book! This is how you make sure that all our messages reach you safely!

How fast is shipping and where is my order?

In general, all orders are processed on the same day. This means that you will be sent an order confirmation by email immediately after you have placed your order.

Orders received before 2:00 p.m. CET will be shipped the same working day if all the products ordered are in stock. Orders placed over the weekend will be processed and shipped the following Monday.

As soon as your order is dispatched and handed over to our logistics partner, you will receive tracking information via email via the DHL, DPD or UPS systems. You simply click on the tracking code in this email and you can immediately follow the status of your delivery.

Do you have a sold-out product with you? Delivery time pre-ordered? Well, such orders will be shipped as soon as the goods arrive back at our warehouse. Please note the delivery time indicated for the product.
