Your order will be shipped via our partners DHL & UPS within Germany and the EU.

How much are the shipping costs?

Within Germany, many orders are shipped free of charge. We charge a flat rate of €5.90 for the shipping of your order within Germany and shipping is free for you from an order value of €75.

The free shipping offer applies to standard shipping. The value of the goods after a possible return is decisive. If the value of the goods falls below €75 as a result of exercising your right of withdrawal, the shipping postage of €5.95 will be charged and offset against your refund for the return.

Bulky goods shipping costs of €19.95 may apply for individual items that exceed the standard package size. These will be calculated at check-out.

If a product can only be pre-ordered or is not in stock, it cannot be delivered immediately. In this case, you can find the deviating delivery time on the product page. As soon as we have the product available and dispatched again, you will receive it within the delivery times stated above.

Description

Die Totem Kerzen - designed von Grain für Areaware - sind aus un-parfümierten Paraffin-Kerzenwachs gegossen und in Erdfarben koloriert um ihnen einen weichen, warmen Glanz zu verleihen. Ihre Brenndauer beträgt etwa 15/25/35 Stunden.

Grain ist ein Designstudio, welches sich sozialen und umweltschonenden Prinzipien verschrieben hat. James und Chelsea Minola gründeten Grain in ihrem Haus, ein 100 Jahre altes Farmhaus in dem beide viele Jahre mit ihren fünf Hühnern und einem kleinen Weingut wohnten und arbeiteten - 35 Minuten mit der Fähre von Seattle entfernt auf Bainbridge Island in Washington/USA.

In 2015, nach der Geburt ihrer Tochter, zogen Chelsea und James Grain in ein größeres, gemeinsames Studio in die "Island Craft workshop community" - auch auf Bainbridge Island gemeinsame mit einigen anderen Designern.

Lasse eine Kerze niemals unbeaufsichtigt, und stelle sie niemals in die Nähe von etwas, das Feuer fangen kann. Lasse immer mindestens 10 cm Abstand zwischen brennenden Kerzen. Stutze den Docht auf ca. 1cm bevor du die Kerze anzündest. Schneide überschüssiges Material am Rande der Kerze ab, damit die Kerze gleichmäßig brennt.

How fast is shipping and where is my order?

In general, all orders are processed on the same day. This means that you will be sent an order confirmation by email immediately after you have placed your order.

Orders received before 2:00 p.m. CET will be shipped the same working day if all the products ordered are in stock. Orders placed over the weekend will be processed and shipped the following Monday.

As soon as your order is dispatched and handed over to our logistics partner, you will receive tracking information via email via the DHL, DPD or UPS systems. You simply click on the tracking code in this email and you can immediately follow the status of your delivery.

Do you have a sold-out product with you? Delivery time pre-ordered? Well, such orders will be shipped as soon as the goods arrive back at our warehouse. Please note the delivery time indicated for the product.
