Description

The large Tumbler Snowman - designed by Thor Høy for Spring Copenhagen - is an element of Thor Høy’s Tumblers concept: iconic wooden figures created out of a mixture of unbridled imagination and precise observations of the special features of individual animals. Tumblers are the ornaments of choice for any home. They all have that special ‘tumbler effect’ that brings them to life and enhances their personality. The Snowman is handmade in beech and walnut.

Like his smaller companion, the large Snowman has a lifelike appearance full of beautiful details. With the buttons on his belly, a tall hat, and a pointed nose, this lovely figurine looks almost real.

With his tumbler series, Thor Høy wishes to create cozy and sweet characters that add some warmth and an enjoyable atmosphere to the room. Every figure works both independently as interior and decoration but can also work functionally as a book stopper or as a toy that develops the smallest children’s motor skills.
