Germany - free shipping from 75 € order value

If you order our design products by 2 p.m., you will usually receive them within 1-2 working days.

All later orders on working days, which only contain products that can be delivered immediately, will be dispatched on the following working day

Europe

Products that can be delivered immediately will usually be with you within 4-6 working days.

How is my order shipped?

Your order will be shipped via our partners DHL & UPS within Germany and the EU.

How much are the shipping costs?

Within Germany, many orders are shipped free of charge. We charge a flat rate of €5.90 for the shipping of your order within Germany and shipping is free for you from an order value of €75.

The free shipping offer applies to standard shipping. The value of the goods after a possible return is decisive. If the value of the goods falls below €75 as a result of exercising your right of withdrawal, the shipping postage of €5.95 will be charged and offset against your refund for the return.

Bulky goods shipping costs of €19.95 may apply for individual items that exceed the standard package size. These will be calculated at check-out.

Shipping to most EU countries costs a flat rate of €9.90. All shipping details

How can I return products?

You can return ordered products up to 30 days after receipt of your order. More information

If you would like to return an item, send us an email to orders@charlesandmarie.com with the order number and information about which products you would like to return. Please pay for the return shipping - this of course does not apply to justified complaints.

A different delivery time is displayed

If a product can only be pre-ordered or is not in stock, it cannot be delivered immediately. In this case, you can find the deviating delivery time on the product page. As soon as we have the product available and dispatched again, you will receive it within the delivery times stated above.

The Paperscraper® Soho House model by seltmann+söhne is for everyone who loves and misses American big city architecture. The buildings with brick walls, fire escapes and typical urban stores immediately spread the flair of the big city on your desk.

One house. One block.

The Paperscraper® are here. With up to 40 cm tall notepaper skyscrapers, you can put what is probably the world's tallest notepaper blocks on your desk. You can leave up to 3,500 messages and notes to the world. And over the years you can work your way down, floor by floor!

The cuboid is the original shape of many well-known architectural forms. And exactly these skyscrapers, brutalist concrete blocks and now iconic prefabricated buildings - are the templates for these note blocks! Loosely based on original buildings, the first edition of Paperscraper® presents three models of these typical building forms on a scale of 1:250.

When you have completed the initial registration, your account is complete. If you unexpectedly encounter any difficulties, you can always email or call us... and we'll be happy to help!

We only need your name, e-mail and you have to assign a password. Data protection is a matter of course for us - you can find all the details in our data protection declaration.

Another tip: to ensure that an email message from Charles & Marie does not go through your SPAM filter, we strongly recommend that you enter the email address(es) of the emails you received from us. Add mail to your address book! This is how you make sure that all our messages reach you safely!

How fast is shipping and where is my order?

In general, all orders are processed on the same day. This means that you will be sent an order confirmation by email immediately after you have placed your order.

Orders received before 2:00 p.m. CET will be shipped the same working day if all the products ordered are in stock. Orders placed over the weekend will be processed and shipped the following Monday.

As soon as your order is dispatched and handed over to our logistics partner, you will receive tracking information via email via the DHL, DPD or UPS systems. You simply click on the tracking code in this email and you can immediately follow the status of your delivery.

Do you have a sold-out product with you? Delivery time pre-ordered? Well, such orders will be shipped as soon as the goods arrive back at our warehouse. Please note the delivery time indicated for the product.
