How much are the shipping costs?
Within Germany, many orders are shipped free of charge. We charge a flat rate of €5.90 for the shipping of your order within Germany and shipping is free for you from an order value of €75.
The free shipping offer applies to standard shipping. The value of the goods after a possible return is decisive. If the value of the goods falls below €75 as a result of exercising your right of withdrawal, the shipping postage of €5.95 will be charged and offset against your refund for the return.
Bulky goods shipping costs of €19.95 may apply for individual items that exceed the standard package size. These will be calculated at check-out.

If you would like to return an item, send us an email to orders@charlesandmarie.com with the order number and information about which products you would like to return. Please pay for the return shipping - this of course does not apply to justified complaints.

If a product can only be pre-ordered or is not in stock, it cannot be delivered immediately. In this case, you can find the deviating delivery time on the product page. As soon as we have the product available and dispatched again, you will receive it within the delivery times stated above.

The Zebra Hit Laptop Sleeve belongs to WOUF’s Studio Collection – the premium tier of the Barcelona accessories studio. Zebra print in beige and black: warm enough for the coffee shop, confident enough for the boardroom. The metallic logo and the aluminium zip puller signal the difference from an ordinary laptop sleeve before you open it once. Inside: 5 mm bio-based protective foam on both sides absorbs impact before it reaches the device; the YKK zip closes with precision that does not diminish with use. The material is 100 % recycled polyester from post-consumer plastic bottles, GRS-certified, with Oeko-Tex® Standard 100 certified print inks. Handcrafted in Barcelona, in WOUF’s own atelier in Badalona.

What is the difference between the Studio Collection and the Daily Collection?
The Studio Collection is WOUF’s premium tier – distinguished by the aluminium zip puller, the metallic logo, and print designs with an editorial, fashion-forward character. The Daily Collection is more accessible in price and design. Both share the same protection standard (5 mm foam, YKK zip) and the same GRS-certified recycled polyester.
Why a zebra print in beige instead of classic white and black?
WOUF rendered the zebra print in warm beige and black tones rather than stark white. This softens the contrast, makes the design more versatile for everyday use, and gives the sleeve a timeless editorial quality. Classic white-black reads direct. Beige-black reads intentional. That is the difference between making a statement and making a choice.
