Based in Taiwan, DesignBite is a collaboration between skilled craftsmen and a group of passionate Scandinavian designers. They have over 20 years of experience manufacturing many leading and well known brands in the homeware industry to ensure the quality of their products.

Design with Scandinavian roots

Hans Thyge Raunkjaer founded the design studio in 1990. The studio is located in Denmark and China. Hans Thyge & Co specializes in the design of furniture, objects, interiors and branding. Juggling everything from tech projects to fashion home concepts, they work strategically and commercially and have created multiple lifestyle brands.

Hans Thyge & Co is made up of passionate people with strong opinions and a love of great design. They believe in the combination of brain and heart - function and aesthetics - and every design should tell a story: a product is so much more than just the product itself - it's about creativity, vision, culture, company values, past, present and the Future.

Account & Communication

When you have completed the initial registration, your account is complete. If you unexpectedly encounter any difficulties, you can always email or call us... and we'll be happy to help!

We only need your name, e-mail and you have to assign a password. Data protection is a matter of course for us - you can find all the details in our data protection declaration.

Another tip: to ensure that an email message from Charles & Marie does not go through your SPAM filter, we strongly recommend that you enter the email address(es) of the emails you received from us. Add mail to your address book! This is how you make sure that all our messages reach you safely!

How fast is shipping and where is my order?

In general, all orders are processed on the same day. This means that you will be sent an order confirmation by email immediately after you have placed your order.

Orders received before 2:00 p.m. CET will be shipped the same working day if all the products ordered are in stock. Orders placed over the weekend will be processed and shipped the following Monday.

As soon as your order is dispatched and handed over to our logistics partner, you will receive tracking information via email via the DHL, DPD or UPS systems. You simply click on the tracking code in this email and you can immediately follow the status of your delivery.

Do you have a sold-out product with you? Delivery time pre-ordered? Well, such orders will be shipped as soon as the goods arrive back at our warehouse. Please note the delivery time indicated for the product.
