Your order will be shipped via our partners DHL & UPS within Germany and the EU.
How much are the shipping costs?
Within Germany, many orders are shipped free of charge. We charge a flat rate of €5.90 for the shipping of your order within Germany and shipping is free for you from an order value of €75.
The free shipping offer applies to standard shipping. The value of the goods after a possible return is decisive. If the value of the goods falls below €75 as a result of exercising your right of withdrawal, the shipping postage of €5.95 will be charged and offset against your refund for the return.
Bulky goods shipping costs of €19.95 may apply for individual items that exceed the standard package size. These will be calculated at check-out.
Shipping to most EU countries costs a flat rate of €9.90. All shipping details
How can I return products?
You can return ordered products up to 30 days after receipt of your order. More information
If you would like to return an item, send us an email to orders@charlesandmarie.com with the order number and information about which products you would like to return. Please pay for the return shipping - this of course does not apply to justified complaints.
A different delivery time is displayed
If a product can only be pre-ordered or is not in stock, it cannot be delivered immediately. In this case, you can find the deviating delivery time on the product page. As soon as we have the product available and dispatched again, you will receive it within the delivery times stated above.

POP Cable XL is the long version of the coiled USB-C cable: 2.4 metres when you need them and a compact bundle when you do not. That reaches from the sofa to the socket behind the sideboard. 60 watts of charging, several colours.
Why length matters here
With a straight two-metre cable you pay for the reach in mess: it lies across the table, hangs off the sofa edge and knots itself in a bag. The coil takes that price back out.
2.4 metres covers the cases short cables fail at. A socket behind the sideboard, a seat in the middle of the room, a bed with no socket within reach, the back seat of a car.
When a metre is enough
If the charger sits right next to the device, the short version is the tidier choice. Surplus coil stays surplus coil, even when it retracts.
As a travel cable in a pouch, XL is also a size too large. That is what the 1.2 metre version is for.
60 watts and 100 % recycled TPU
60 watts under USB Power Delivery covers a phone, a tablet and most USB-C notebooks. An iPhone reaches about half charge in just under half an hour.
The jacket is made entirely from recycled TPU. Native Union is a certified B Corp.
The colour system of the POP range
Black, Sandstone, Pine, Lemon, Candy, Alarm Red, Azur and Slate Green. The POP Phone handset carries the same eight, so a cable in Candy matches the handset in Candy exactly.
One note before buying: the connector is USB-C at both ends. On iPhones the cable works from model 15; older devices with a Lightning socket do not.

Not with the coil. At rest the cable pulls into a compact bundle and the full length only appears when you pull. That is exactly what separates it from a straight cable of the same length.
Does it fit my iPhone?
From iPhone 15, the first generation with USB-C. Devices with a Lightning connector do not work, not even through an adapter.
Will it charge my laptop?
60 watts covers most USB-C notebooks in the 13 and 14 inch class. Large machines rated at 90 watts or more charge more slowly, but they charge.
Does the cable carry data?
Yes, it is a full USB-C cable. Native Union does not state a transfer rate, so neither do we. For fast external SSDs we would recommend a cable with a declared data rate.
Does the coil lose its shape over time?
That is the usual worry with coiled cables. The recycled TPU jacket is built to stay elastic. Stored permanently stretched, any coil loses tension; in normal use it retracts reliably.
