How much are the shipping costs?
Within Germany, many orders are shipped free of charge. We charge a flat rate of €5.90 for the shipping of your order within Germany and shipping is free for you from an order value of €75.
The free shipping offer applies to standard shipping. The value of the goods after a possible return is decisive. If the value of the goods falls below €75 as a result of exercising your right of withdrawal, the shipping postage of €5.95 will be charged and offset against your refund for the return.
Bulky goods shipping costs of €19.95 may apply for individual items that exceed the standard package size. These will be calculated at check-out.
Shipping to most EU countries costs a flat rate of €9.90. All shipping details
How can I return products?
You can return ordered products up to 30 days after receipt of your order. More information
If you would like to return an item, send us an email to orders@charlesandmarie.com with the order number and information about which products you would like to return. Please pay for the return shipping - this of course does not apply to justified complaints.
A different delivery time is displayed
If a product can only be pre-ordered or is not in stock, it cannot be delivered immediately. In this case, you can find the deviating delivery time on the product page. As soon as we have the product available and dispatched again, you will receive it within the delivery times stated above.

POP Cable is a coiled USB-C cable that stretches from about 30 centimetres to a good metre and pulls itself back afterwards. No knot in the bag, no heap of cable on the bedside table. 60 watts of charging, several colours.
Why coiled
A straight cable always lies somewhere; a coiled one pulls itself back. That is the whole trick, and it is over seventy years old: on the landline telephone the coil solved exactly this problem.
At rest POP Cable measures around 30 centimetres. Stretched it reaches a good metre, from the charger in the socket to the phone in your hand. For longer distances there is the XL version at 2.4 metres.
What the length covers
A travel pouch, a desk with the charger beside it, a bedside table, a glovebox. Anywhere a metre is enough and the cable should disappear again afterwards.
Not suitable for sockets behind furniture or on the far side of the room. That is what XL is for.
60 watts and 100 % recycled TPU
60 watts under USB Power Delivery covers a phone, a tablet and most USB-C notebooks. An iPhone reaches about half charge in just under half an hour.
The jacket is made entirely from recycled TPU. Native Union is a certified B Corp.
The colour system of the POP range
Black, Sandstone, Pine, Lemon, Candy, Alarm Red, Azur and Slate Green. The POP Phone handset carries the same eight, so a cable in Candy matches the handset in Candy exactly.
One note before buying: the connector is USB-C at both ends. On iPhones the cable works from model 15; older devices with a Lightning socket do not.
