Kenn Vendelbo has been purchasing manager at Spring Copenhagen since August 2019.

Alongside his job with Spring Copenhagen, he runs the design company fabrikata. Kenn Vendelbo used to work as a consultant for a Chinese company, where he had to select different product ranges and come up with ideas for which products to sell.

The owner of the company was an expert in bamboo, and Kenn fell in love with the material and slowly built his own special relationship with it. He was particularly fascinated by bamboo as a material for his designs, because it is strong, light, sustainable and beautiful all at once.

If you order our design products by 2 p.m., you will usually receive them within 1-2 working days.

All later orders on working days, which only contain products that can be delivered immediately, will be dispatched on the following working day

Your order will be shipped via our partners DHL & UPS within Germany and the EU.

How much are the shipping costs?

Within Germany, many orders are shipped free of charge. We charge a flat rate of €5.90 for the shipping of your order within Germany and shipping is free for you from an order value of €75.

The free shipping offer applies to standard shipping. The value of the goods after a possible return is decisive. If the value of the goods falls below €75 as a result of exercising your right of withdrawal, the shipping postage of €5.95 will be charged and offset against your refund for the return.

Bulky goods shipping costs of €19.95 may apply for individual items that exceed the standard package size. These will be calculated at check-out.

How can I return products?

You can return ordered products up to 30 days after receipt of your order. More information

If you would like to return an item, send us an email to orders@charlesandmarie.com with the order number and information about which products you would like to return. Please pay for the return shipping - this of course does not apply to justified complaints.

If a product can only be pre-ordered or is not in stock, it cannot be delivered immediately. In this case, you can find the deviating delivery time on the product page. As soon as we have the product available and dispatched again, you will receive it within the delivery times stated above.

Uno Ora means "one hour" in Italian. One hour to sit down and have a cup of coffee. One hour to enjoy the last rays of the sun on the terrace. One hour to take a mental break.

The Uno Ora bench by Spring Copenhagen is made of teak or mahogany (black), a sustainable, strong, and elegant material. The design is minimalist, but with fine details like the airy seat and tapered legs reminiscent of 1960s design icons.

Uno Ora is a small place where Di can control your thoughts. But it is also a useful piece of furniture that can be used in all rooms of the house. Inside and outside. Put it in the entrance so that the kids can sit down while putting on their roller skates.

Use it in the bathroom when you get out of the bath, or take it outside and use it as a welcome spot in the sun or as a break from gardening.

How fast is shipping and where is my order?

In general, all orders are processed on the same day. This means that you will be sent an order confirmation by email immediately after you have placed your order.

Orders received before 2:00 p.m. CET will be shipped the same working day if all the products ordered are in stock. Orders placed over the weekend will be processed and shipped the following Monday.

As soon as your order is dispatched and handed over to our logistics partner, you will receive tracking information via email via the DHL, DPD or UPS systems. You simply click on the tracking code in this email and you can immediately follow the status of your delivery.

Do you have a sold-out product with you? Delivery time pre-ordered? Well, such orders will be shipped as soon as the goods arrive back at our warehouse. Please note the delivery time indicated for the product.
