Description

Torus - designed by Andrea Ponti for Ommo - is a donut-shaped tea infuser and has its geometric name.

The unique design of a twistable tube allows it to clip on any cup or transform into a S-hook to hang on the rim of taller tumblers.

Just fill the infuser with a teaspoon of loose tea leaves, hang on a cup and let it brew.

Andrea Ponti is an Italian designer specializing in product design. Since 2013 he has lived in Hong Kong where he founded Ponti Design Studio Limited. Currently, Ponti collaborates with various global companies such as Panasonic, Samsonite and Philips, as well as local companies in Asia, Europe and North America. His projects are featured in leading product design media worldwide.

All later orders on working days, which only contain products that can be delivered immediately, will be dispatched on the following working day

Europe - free shipping from 85 € order value

Products that can be delivered immediately will usually be with you within 4-6 working days.

Your order will be shipped via our partners DHL & UPS within Germany and the EU.

How much are the shipping costs?

Within Germany, many orders are shipped free of charge. We charge a flat rate of €5.90 for the shipping of your order within Germany and shipping is free for you from an order value of €59.

Bulky goods shipping costs of €19.95 may apply for individual items that exceed the standard package size. These will be calculated at check-out.

Shipping to most EU countries costs a flat rate of €9.90 and is free of charge for orders over €85. All shipping details

How can I return products?

You can return ordered products up to 30 days after receipt of your order. More information

If you would like to return an item, send us an email to orders@charlesandmarie.com with the order number and information about which products you would like to return. Please pay for the return shipping - this of course does not apply to justified complaints.

How fast is shipping and where is my order?

In general, all orders are processed on the same day. This means that you will be sent an order confirmation by email immediately after you have placed your order.

Orders received before 2:00 p.m. CET will be shipped the same working day if all the products ordered are in stock. Orders placed over the weekend will be processed and shipped the following Monday.

As soon as your order is dispatched and handed over to our logistics partner, you will receive tracking information via email via the DHL, DPD or UPS systems. You simply click on the tracking code in this email and you can immediately follow the status of your delivery.

Do you have a sold-out product with you? Delivery time pre-ordered? Well, such orders will be shipped as soon as the goods arrive back at our warehouse. Please note the delivery time indicated for the product.
