Description

This is the second generation of the handy Toolbox - designed by Roman Luyken for Peppermint Products - is your practical and portable organization tool & desk organizer.

Just like you know it from toolboxes, you can organize all your "tools" in it... whether desk tools, sewing tools, tinkering tools,... everything fits well and organized in the various compartments and can be stored in them. If you need your tools, you can take the toolbox out of the closet by its handle and bring it to your workplace.

Team Peppermint are fans of simplicity and order. That's why they decided to develop a simple, uncomplicated product that brings order into our lives.

Peppermint's Toolbox is a real organizational helper. It has a two-level system with enough space for many things. It is practical, portable and completely stable. The dividers also serve as feet, so that the tabletop is protected from scratches without the need to use additional parts. The dividers can be removed and arranged in any way you like.

If you order our design products by 2 p.m., you will usually receive them within 1-2 working days.

All later orders on working days, which only contain products that can be delivered immediately, will be dispatched on the following working day

Europe - free shipping from 85 € order value

Products that can be delivered immediately will usually be with you within 4-6 working days.

How is my order shipped?

Your order will be shipped via our partners DHL & UPS within Germany and the EU.

How much are the shipping costs?

Within Germany, many orders are shipped free of charge. We charge a flat rate of €5.90 for the shipping of your order within Germany and shipping is free for you from an order value of €59.

Bulky goods shipping costs of €19.95 may apply for individual items that exceed the standard package size. These will be calculated at check-out.

Shipping to most EU countries costs a flat rate of €9.90 and is free of charge for orders over €85. All shipping details

How can I return products?

You can return ordered products up to 30 days after receipt of your order. More information

If you would like to return an item, send us an email to orders@charlesandmarie.com with the order number and information about which products you would like to return. Please pay for the return shipping - this of course does not apply to justified complaints.

A different delivery time is displayed

If a product can only be pre-ordered or is not in stock, it cannot be delivered immediately. In this case, you can find the deviating delivery time on the product page. As soon as we have the product available and dispatched again, you will receive it within the delivery times stated above.

How fast is shipping and where is my order?

In general, all orders are processed on the same day. This means that you will be sent an order confirmation by email immediately after you have placed your order.

Orders received before 2:00 p.m. CET will be shipped the same working day if all the products ordered are in stock. Orders placed over the weekend will be processed and shipped the following Monday.

As soon as your order is dispatched and handed over to our logistics partner, you will receive tracking information via email via the DHL, DPD or UPS systems. You simply click on the tracking code in this email and you can immediately follow the status of your delivery.

Do you have a sold-out product with you? Delivery time pre-ordered? Well, such orders will be shipped as soon as the goods arrive back at our warehouse. Please note the delivery time indicated for the product.
