Description

The colors of these Stack candles - designed by Yod and Co from the UK - have been carefully chosen to create a playful combination.

They are proud to say that each candle is individually hand-poured by skilled Fair Trade artisans, layer by layer, to form the multicolored effect.

Each candle will have a slightly different finish adding to its individuality. They are all hand-poured in Indonesia. With their handmade nature, the candles are more delicate so handling should be kept to a minimum as this could result in the color layers separating.

Stack candles come in two sizes. The size MINI is 10 cm high and burns about 20 hours. The size TALL is 14 cm high and burns about 30 hours.

Never leave a candle unattended and never place it near anything that can catch fire. Always leave at least 10 cm distance between burning candles. Trim the wick to about 1cm before lighting the candle. Cut off excess material around the edge of the candle so that it burns evenly.

Your order will be shipped via our partners DHL & UPS within Germany and the EU.

How much are the shipping costs?

Within Germany, many orders are shipped free of charge. We charge a flat rate of €5.90 for the shipping of your order within Germany and shipping is free for you from an order value of €59.

Bulky goods shipping costs of €19.95 may apply for individual items that exceed the standard package size. These will be calculated at check-out.

Shipping to most EU countries costs a flat rate of €9.90 and is free of charge for orders over €85. All shipping details

How can I return products?

You can return ordered products up to 30 days after receipt of your order. More information

If you would like to return an item, send us an email to orders@charlesandmarie.com with the order number and information about which products you would like to return. Please pay for the return shipping - this of course does not apply to justified complaints.

A different delivery time is displayed

If a product can only be pre-ordered or is not in stock, it cannot be delivered immediately. In this case, you can find the deviating delivery time on the product page. As soon as we have the product available and dispatched again, you will receive it within the delivery times stated above.

How fast is shipping and where is my order?

In general, all orders are processed on the same day. This means that you will be sent an order confirmation by email immediately after you have placed your order.

Orders received before 2:00 p.m. CET will be shipped the same working day if all the products ordered are in stock. Orders placed over the weekend will be processed and shipped the following Monday.

As soon as your order is dispatched and handed over to our logistics partner, you will receive tracking information via email via the DHL, DPD or UPS systems. You simply click on the tracking code in this email and you can immediately follow the status of your delivery.

Do you have a sold-out product with you? Delivery time pre-ordered? Well, such orders will be shipped as soon as the goods arrive back at our warehouse. Please note the delivery time indicated for the product.
