If you order our design products by 2 p.m., you will usually receive them within 1-2 working days.

All later orders on working days, which only contain products that can be delivered immediately, will be dispatched on the following working day

Your order will be shipped via our partners DHL & UPS within Germany and the EU.

How much are the shipping costs?

Within Germany, many orders are shipped free of charge. We charge a flat rate of €5.90 for the shipping of your order within Germany and shipping is free for you from an order value of €75.

The free shipping offer applies to standard shipping. The value of the goods after a possible return is decisive. If the value of the goods falls below €75 as a result of exercising your right of withdrawal, the shipping postage of €5.95 will be charged and offset against your refund for the return.

Bulky goods shipping costs of €19.95 may apply for individual items that exceed the standard package size. These will be calculated at check-out.

You can return ordered products up to 30 days after receipt of your order. More information

If you would like to return an item, send us an email to orders@charlesandmarie.com with the order number and information about which products you would like to return. Please pay for the return shipping - this of course does not apply to justified complaints.

A different delivery time is displayed

If a product can only be pre-ordered or is not in stock, it cannot be delivered immediately. In this case, you can find the deviating delivery time on the product page. As soon as we have the product available and dispatched again, you will receive it within the delivery times stated above.

Description

With this new Rope Hanger Cotton Set you buy 3 chic textile hangers made of steel wire coated with cotton rope to bring style to your wardrobe.

Of course, these rope hangers - designed by Roman Luyken for Peppermint Products - are stiff and therefore stable as well as relatively wide and therefore non-slip. The new cotton rope is also gentle to your textiles and made from 100% natural yarn.

And... compared to other metal hangers, they are silent! So the next time you come home late at night and hang your jacket on the coat rack.... you may remain undiscovered!

Extensions to these hangers - e.g. to better use the hangers for hanging skirts and dresses - are available separately.

The cord hangers are handmade in a German workshop for disabled people.

FAQs:
Can I buy a mixed set of hangers?
No, unfortunately the hangers are only available in a set of 3 hangers of one color - but we are sure that you would like to have more hangers anyway! ;-)

Do the hangers bend under heavy load?
Not during normal use - they have a very strong steel core. With a load of >10 kilos, the steel core may start to deform.

How fast is shipping and where is my order?

In general, all orders are processed on the same day. This means that you will be sent an order confirmation by email immediately after you have placed your order.

Orders received before 2:00 p.m. CET will be shipped the same working day if all the products ordered are in stock. Orders placed over the weekend will be processed and shipped the following Monday.

As soon as your order is dispatched and handed over to our logistics partner, you will receive tracking information via email via the DHL, DPD or UPS systems. You simply click on the tracking code in this email and you can immediately follow the status of your delivery.

Do you have a sold-out product with you? Delivery time pre-ordered? Well, such orders will be shipped as soon as the goods arrive back at our warehouse. Please note the delivery time indicated for the product.
