How much are the shipping costs?
Within Germany, many orders are shipped free of charge. We charge a flat rate of €5.90 for the shipping of your order within Germany and shipping is free for you from an order value of €75.
The free shipping offer applies to standard shipping. The value of the goods after a possible return is decisive. If the value of the goods falls below €75 as a result of exercising your right of withdrawal, the shipping postage of €5.95 will be charged and offset against your refund for the return.
Bulky goods shipping costs of €19.95 may apply for individual items that exceed the standard package size. These will be calculated at check-out.

The ALLDOCK Pro Max was designed to solve exactly this — not by hiding the problem, but by replacing it with one considered object, made in Germany. At 32 centimetres wide, it is the household-sized charging station: six USB-C ports, four of them delivering 30 W of fast charge, two wireless Qi surfaces built flush into the lid, and 160 W of total output that handles an iPad, multiple smartphones, and a pair of Qi-compatible AirPods all at once — simultaneously, with nothing showing on the surface but the station itself. The white Softtouch housing integrates naturally on the hallway sideboard, the dining credenza, or the home-office shelf. As a gift, it solves a problem every household recognises — and solves it permanently.

Do I need to bring my own charging cables?
Yes — device charging cables are not included. The station ships with a power cable and two pre-installed USB-C Click-Adapters, but you will need your own USB-C cable for each device you want to charge by wire. The two Qi surfaces on the lid charge wirelessly with no cable required.
How do I open the lid?
The lid is firm by design — this keeps the cables inside secure. Lift from the outer left and outer right edges alternating, not from the centre. Once you have the rhythm, it opens smoothly and clicks shut with the same satisfying resistance.
Why does my iPhone only charge to 80%?
This is Apple’s built-in “Optimized Battery Charging” (iOS 13 and later) — not a fault of the station. iOS learns your typical charging pattern and pauses at 80% to protect long-term battery health, completing the remaining 20% shortly before you usually unplug. You can disable this in iPhone Settings under Battery if needed.
How many devices can charge simultaneously?
Six devices out of the box — two wirelessly via the Qi surfaces and four via USB-C cable. With split cables, you can expand to seven or eight charging points at once.
Why two Qi surfaces instead of one?
Two surfaces mean no device has to wait. Charge your phone wirelessly on one pad and your Qi-compatible AirPods case on the other — simultaneously, without cables and without priority decisions. One Qi surface forces a choice; two remove it entirely. For reliable wireless contact, centre each device precisely on the pad.
What is the difference between the ALLDOCK Pro and Pro Max?
The Pro Max is the household-grade model. It offers six USB-C ports instead of four, with four of them delivering 30 W each (vs. one 30 W port on the Pro), two Qi surfaces instead of one, and a 32-centimetre footprint built for family use rather than a single desk.
