Description

Pop is a product reduced to its essential function a candle holder by "not the girl who misses much" - nothing else.

In clear colors, it holds standard household candles without playing to the fore. It becomes almost invisible with candles of the same color but pleasantly poppy in combination with candles of other colors. Depending on what you just feel like.

Made of powdered steel completely in Germany. Place the holder on a non-combustible surface when in use. To prevent possible wax stains, blow out the candle before it has burned down completely.

Never leave a candle unattended and never place it near anything that can catch fire. Always leave at least 10 cm distance between burning candles.

How much are the shipping costs?

Within Germany, many orders are shipped free of charge. We charge a flat rate of €5.90 for the shipping of your order within Germany and shipping is free for you from an order value of €59.

Bulky goods shipping costs of €19.95 may apply for individual items that exceed the standard package size. These will be calculated at check-out.

Shipping to most EU countries costs a flat rate of €9.90 and is free of charge for orders over €85. All shipping details

How can I return products?

You can return ordered products up to 30 days after receipt of your order. More information

If you would like to return an item, send us an email to orders@charlesandmarie.com with the order number and information about which products you would like to return. Please pay for the return shipping - this of course does not apply to justified complaints.

A different delivery time is displayed

How fast is shipping and where is my order?

In general, all orders are processed on the same day. This means that you will be sent an order confirmation by email immediately after you have placed your order.

Orders received before 2:00 p.m. CET will be shipped the same working day if all the products ordered are in stock. Orders placed over the weekend will be processed and shipped the following Monday.

As soon as your order is dispatched and handed over to our logistics partner, you will receive tracking information via email via the DHL, DPD or UPS systems. You simply click on the tracking code in this email and you can immediately follow the status of your delivery.

Do you have a sold-out product with you? Delivery time pre-ordered? Well, such orders will be shipped as soon as the goods arrive back at our warehouse. Please note the delivery time indicated for the product.
