Le linge de lit MOOS est doux, vert, velouté et confortable... tous ceux qui aiment faire de la randonnée à la campagne connaissent cette sensation - lorsque vous vous allongez sur un « matelas forestier » doux et légèrement humide après une longue marche et que vous vous détendez simplement parmi les oiseaux et les arbres comme jamais auparavant. Cette sensation particulière est inoubliable, c'est pourquoi nous avons créé pour vous ce lieu forestier unique et énergique. Et retrouverez-vous également tous les petits animaux et objets perdus cachés sur la housse de couette ? Il y a un hérisson, une coccinelle, une petite chose jaune... mais ce n'est pas tout. Continuez simplement à chercher !

Les tissus Foonka sont certifiés OEKO-TEX et sont 100% produits en Pologne (tissés et imprimés à Lodz – une ville avec une très longue tradition textile, mais cousus à Szczecin). Le coton est exempt de substances toxiques.

Un avis : Pour des raisons de production, le tissu est coupé sur le côté pour la taille 240x240, car la largeur maximale du tissu est de 220 cm. Cependant, cela est à peine visible.

All later orders on working days, which only contain products that can be delivered immediately, will be dispatched on the following working day

Your order will be shipped via our partners DHL & UPS within Germany and the EU.

How much are the shipping costs?

Within Germany, many orders are shipped free of charge. We charge a flat rate of €5.90 for the shipping of your order within Germany and shipping is free for you from an order value of €75.

The free shipping offer applies to standard shipping. The value of the goods after a possible return is decisive. If the value of the goods falls below €75 as a result of exercising your right of withdrawal, the shipping postage of €5.95 will be charged and offset against your refund for the return.

Bulky goods shipping costs of €19.95 may apply for individual items that exceed the standard package size. These will be calculated at check-out.

Shipping to most EU countries costs a flat rate of €9.90. All shipping details

How can I return products?

You can return ordered products up to 30 days after receipt of your order. More information

If you would like to return an item, send us an email to orders@charlesandmarie.com with the order number and information about which products you would like to return. Please pay for the return shipping - this of course does not apply to justified complaints.

A different delivery time is displayed

If a product can only be pre-ordered or is not in stock, it cannot be delivered immediately. In this case, you can find the deviating delivery time on the product page. As soon as we have the product available and dispatched again, you will receive it within the delivery times stated above.

Account & Communication

How fast is shipping and where is my order?

In general, all orders are processed on the same day. This means that you will be sent an order confirmation by email immediately after you have placed your order.

Orders received before 2:00 p.m. CET will be shipped the same working day if all the products ordered are in stock. Orders placed over the weekend will be processed and shipped the following Monday.

As soon as your order is dispatched and handed over to our logistics partner, you will receive tracking information via email via the DHL, DPD or UPS systems. You simply click on the tracking code in this email and you can immediately follow the status of your delivery.

Do you have a sold-out product with you? Delivery time pre-ordered? Well, such orders will be shipped as soon as the goods arrive back at our warehouse. Please note the delivery time indicated for the product.
