How much are the shipping costs?
Within Germany, many orders are shipped free of charge. We charge a flat rate of €5.90 for the shipping of your order within Germany and shipping is free for you from an order value of €75.
The free shipping offer applies to standard shipping. The value of the goods after a possible return is decisive. If the value of the goods falls below €75 as a result of exercising your right of withdrawal, the shipping postage of €5.95 will be charged and offset against your refund for the return.
Bulky goods shipping costs of €19.95 may apply for individual items that exceed the standard package size. These will be calculated at check-out.

If you would like to return an item, send us an email to orders@charlesandmarie.com with the order number and information about which products you would like to return. Please pay for the return shipping - this of course does not apply to justified complaints.
A different delivery time is displayed
If a product can only be pre-ordered or is not in stock, it cannot be delivered immediately. In this case, you can find the deviating delivery time on the product page. As soon as we have the product available and dispatched again, you will receive it within the delivery times stated above.

The Polka Laptop Sleeve by WOUF brings the label’s founding motif – brown polka dots on light blue – to the most important tool of the working day. Fitting 13" and 14" laptops, handcrafted in Barcelona as part of the Studio Collection: padded on both sides with 100 % polyester wadding, water-repellent, with a personalised WOUF nickel zipper. The protection is double – the outside keeps off rain and splashes, the inside absorbs impact and pressure. What remains: a sleeve that protects a MacBook like all the others, but looks like none of them. Compatible with MacBook Pro 13" since 2016, MacBook Pro 14" since 2021 and MacBook Air 13" since 2017. 100 % recycled polyester, Oeko-Tex® certified print inks. Handcrafted in Barcelona.

The Polka Laptop Sleeve is designed for devices up to 32.5 × 22.7 × 1.8 cm. This covers the MacBook Pro 13" from 2016, the MacBook Pro 14" from 2021, and the MacBook Air 13" from 2017. Important: compatibility is for the device alone – not for keyboards, shells or accessories that add extra thickness.
How does the padding protect the device?
The padding sits on both sides of the sleeve – not just one. This means the MacBook is wrapped all round in a cushioning layer that absorbs impact, pressure, and drops from normal height (desk, sofa). The water-repellent outer surface adds to this: splashes, rain and brief exposure to moisture bead off. Not fully waterproof, but solid everyday protection for a device that travels constantly.
What is the Polka pattern – and why this one?
Polka is WOUF’s founding motif. The label – officially Prints for Good S.L. – started with this pattern: brown dots on light blue.
