This is a special offer for some 'Creature Cups Earth' by CreatureCups in second-rate quality!

We are very picky about our top quality of our products and therefore sort out all items with the tiniest imperfections during our quality control. These cups we are offering here have little imperfections like small scratches, imperfect laquering, defective packaging or tiny marks and are highly discounted off their original price.

Quietly waiting at the bottom of your cup, these little guys are just biding their time. Keep your eye on them though or you may end up with a frog... in your throat!

The cups have been launched by the Brooklyn-based design group Yumi Yumi last year and have been featured on almost every design and gadget website in the US and globally over the last couple months. Now they are permanently available here on C&M.

Creature Cups are dishwasher safe and microwavable. You may also wash gently by hand using soap and warm water.

The volume measurement does not include the creature, which will reduce the volume by 0.5-2oz depending on the creature. The creatures do not scale with the cup, so the creature in the 11oz is the same size as the 15oz. The 11oz cup is 3.2" height and 4.1" diameter (8x10,5 cm HxD). The 15oz is 3.5" height and 4.2" diameter (9x10,5 cm HxD).

Your order will be shipped via our partners DHL & UPS within Germany and the EU.

How much are the shipping costs?

Within Germany, many orders are shipped free of charge. We charge a flat rate of €5.90 for the shipping of your order within Germany and shipping is free for you from an order value of €59.

Bulky goods shipping costs of €19.95 may apply for individual items that exceed the standard package size. These will be calculated at check-out.

Shipping to most EU countries costs a flat rate of €9.90 and is free of charge for orders over €85. All shipping details

How can I return products?

You can return ordered products up to 30 days after receipt of your order. More information

If you would like to return an item, send us an email to orders@charlesandmarie.com with the order number and information about which products you would like to return. Please pay for the return shipping - this of course does not apply to justified complaints.

A different delivery time is displayed

If a product can only be pre-ordered or is not in stock, it cannot be delivered immediately. In this case, you can find the deviating delivery time on the product page. As soon as we have the product available and dispatched again, you will receive it within the delivery times stated above.

How fast is shipping and where is my order?

In general, all orders are processed on the same day. This means that you will be sent an order confirmation by email immediately after you have placed your order.

Orders received before 2:00 p.m. CET will be shipped the same working day if all the products ordered are in stock. Orders placed over the weekend will be processed and shipped the following Monday.

As soon as your order is dispatched and handed over to our logistics partner, you will receive tracking information via email via the DHL, DPD or UPS systems. You simply click on the tracking code in this email and you can immediately follow the status of your delivery.

Do you have a sold-out product with you? Delivery time pre-ordered? Well, such orders will be shipped as soon as the goods arrive back at our warehouse. Please note the delivery time indicated for the product.
