The Big Green Egg Large is the most popular model of the Big Green Egg family.

The Big Green Egg Large Starter Package offers you a complete start into the world of ceramic grilling. In addition to the set, you only need your barbecue and can start right away.

On the cooking surface of this ceramic grill - Kamado - you can comfortably prepare your favorite dishes and the favorite meals of your family and friends. If necessary, even at the same time, because the Green Egg in Large offers you enough space for the wishes of up to eight guests.

Thanks to the large cooking surface, you can prepare entire three-course meals just as easily on the Large. In this set, the Large comes with the Egg Nest rack with rack handle, so you can use and move it comfortably and safely for the first time.

Want to get the most out of your Green Egg? Then the Large is the perfect model for you, not least because it also comes with the most accessories.

A bag of 4.5 kg of high-quality charcoal and a pack of ecological lighting cubes are also already included in the set. The ignition of the coal without fire accelerants is important, so that unpopular smells of kerosene & Co. are not stored in the grill chamber. On the other hand, you don't need them either. The closed construction of the Green Egg provides ventilation and temperature control according to the chimney principle. The lid is closed airtight by a heat-resistant sealing tape, so that the regulation is controlled by the air slide under the combustion chamber and at the end of the lid. This gives you grilling times of up to 20 hours for low-and-slow and smoker dishes. Likewise, dishes for high temperatures, such as tarte flambée, casseroles or classic pizzas, will enter your repertoire.

The grill surface made of high-quality stainless steel has a diameter of 46 cm and offers you together with the convEGGtor a large indirect grill surface. This way you achieve the best results for juicy pulled pork, aromatic spareribs and juicy brisket.

Not completely burnt coals can be smothered by closing the vents and reused for the next grilling. The ash collects under the charcoal grate and can be easily swept out of the lower ventilation shaft with the included ash pusher. It's best to do this just before each grilling session to ensure a stable air supply to the charcoal.

Delivery:
Your Green Egg arrives on a pallet delivered to your door. All parts are safely packed in a large cardboard box. You take them out one by one and have to assemble your Green Egg yourself. Currently, we only deliver to Germany!

You can use standard tools and don't need any special skills to assemble your Green Egg. The assembly is easily done in 45 minutes and a good manual is of course included!

We are not talking about "unlaid eggs" - we have already built the Green Egg ourselves and got it up and running!

WARNING: Everything starts with this set. When your first guests praise you for your special cooking with the Green Egg, you will start spending a lot of money on accessories! In the second - slightly later - phase, you will start planning your outdoor kitchen and it will be even more expensive!
