How much are the shipping costs?

Within Germany, many orders are shipped free of charge. We charge a flat rate of €5.90 for the shipping of your order within Germany and shipping is free for you from an order value of €75.

The free shipping offer applies to standard shipping. The value of the goods after a possible return is decisive. If the value of the goods falls below €75 as a result of exercising your right of withdrawal, the shipping postage of €5.95 will be charged and offset against your refund for the return.

Bulky goods shipping costs of €19.95 may apply for individual items that exceed the standard package size. These will be calculated at check-out.

Suited for office, supermarket, or beach, the Arris Tote fits neatly into the rhythm of a considered life. Its rugged, water-resistant nylon material is quilted to act like corrugation – rigid in one direction and flexible in the other. The effect is a super-lightweight tote that maintains its form when set down.

The Arris' handles – made from an understated and futuristic material, rubberized nylon webbing – encircle and reinforce the bag's structure with maximal tactile appeal. The handle length was carefully selected to be comfortably worn over your shoulder or held at your side without dragging on the ground. The Arris Tote also features two large interior side pockets, and a water-resistant zipper pouch, allowing for separation and easy access to the trappings of a busy day.

How fast is shipping and where is my order?

In general, all orders are processed on the same day. This means that you will be sent an order confirmation by email immediately after you have placed your order.

Orders received before 2:00 p.m. CET will be shipped the same working day if all the products ordered are in stock. Orders placed over the weekend will be processed and shipped the following Monday.

As soon as your order is dispatched and handed over to our logistics partner, you will receive tracking information via email via the DHL, DPD or UPS systems. You simply click on the tracking code in this email and you can immediately follow the status of your delivery.

Do you have a sold-out product with you? Delivery time pre-ordered? Well, such orders will be shipped as soon as the goods arrive back at our warehouse. Please note the delivery time indicated for the product.
