Definitely not your ordinary mug by SuckUK some can't even be used as such - they are a perfect little collectors set.

What can we tell you about them well, there are 4 types (Sorry only two left!):

The first is for the office golfer, it has a slight flat spot, this way it can sit perfectly level on the floor and the chance of you drowning one is a lot higher than with a round one.

Numero due is for the closet smoker; you quit and threw away all your ashtrays, yet every once in a blue moon you feel like lighting up a stogie. This mug comes handy, it looks like a normal mug, and so it won't show in your cabinet as an ashtray, the bottom is slightly recessed, so it actually looks like an ashtray from the top.

The third one is for those who don't want to invest in a milk carafe but need one every once in a while when mom comes by… It's a perfect mug, with a small little spout, perfect when you need to appear that you have it all under control and milk comes in its own vessel…

And lastly, the muggy bank – can't really call it a piggy bank can you now – this one is for all of you who use a mug to store all your loose change. Except, it is closed, so if you want to get to your stash for a late night bodega run, well, say good-bye to the mug or reconsider the bodega…

Europe - free shipping from 85 € order value

Products that can be delivered immediately will usually be with you within 4-6 working days.

How is my order shipped?

Your order will be shipped via our partners DHL & UPS within Germany and the EU.

How much are the shipping costs?

Within Germany, many orders are shipped free of charge. We charge a flat rate of €5.90 for the shipping of your order within Germany and shipping is free for you from an order value of €59.

Bulky goods shipping costs of €19.95 may apply for individual items that exceed the standard package size. These will be calculated at check-out.

Shipping to most EU countries costs a flat rate of €9.90 and is free of charge for orders over €85. All shipping details

How can I return products?

You can return ordered products up to 30 days after receipt of your order. More information

If you would like to return an item, send us an email to orders@charlesandmarie.com with the order number and information about which products you would like to return. Please pay for the return shipping - this of course does not apply to justified complaints.

A different delivery time is displayed

If a product can only be pre-ordered or is not in stock, it cannot be delivered immediately. In this case, you can find the deviating delivery time on the product page. As soon as we have the product available and dispatched again, you will receive it within the delivery times stated above.

Account & Communication

How fast is shipping and where is my order?

In general, all orders are processed on the same day. This means that you will be sent an order confirmation by email immediately after you have placed your order.

Orders received before 2:00 p.m. CET will be shipped the same working day if all the products ordered are in stock. Orders placed over the weekend will be processed and shipped the following Monday.

As soon as your order is dispatched and handed over to our logistics partner, you will receive tracking information via email via the DHL, DPD or UPS systems. You simply click on the tracking code in this email and you can immediately follow the status of your delivery.

Do you have a sold-out product with you? Delivery time pre-ordered? Well, such orders will be shipped as soon as the goods arrive back at our warehouse. Please note the delivery time indicated for the product.
