When you have completed the initial registration, your account is complete. If you unexpectedly encounter any difficulties, you can always email or call us... and we'll be happy to help!
We only need your name, e-mail and you have to assign a password. Data protection is a matter of course for us - you can find all the details in our data protection declaration.
Another tip: to ensure that an email message from Charles & Marie does not go through your SPAM filter, we strongly recommend that you enter the email address(es) of the emails you received from us. Add mail to your address book! This is how you make sure that all our messages reach you safely!
How fast is shipping and where is my order?
In general, all orders are processed on the same day. This means that you will be sent an order confirmation by email immediately after you have placed your order.
Orders received before 2:00 p.m. CET will be shipped the same working day if all the products ordered are in stock. Orders placed over the weekend will be processed and shipped the following Monday.
As soon as your order is dispatched and handed over to our logistics partner, you will receive tracking information via email via the DHL, DPD or UPS systems. You simply click on the tracking code in this email and you can immediately follow the status of your delivery.
Do you have a sold-out product with you? Delivery time pre-ordered? Well, such orders will be shipped as soon as the goods arrive back at our warehouse. Please note the delivery time indicated for the product.
