The online shop has a very good appearance, is clear and the processing is perfect. Inquiries were answered quickly. I sent the goods back for a fee because I found them to be of inferior quality for the high price. I found the returns process too complicated, since a cancellation must first be submitted in writing and a return label to stick on for the return shipment would have been easier as direct content. For probably environmentally friendly reasons, however, as little paper as possible is used. So it's a minor point of criticism. I hope that the refund of the purchase price will work just as reliably. So CharlesandMarie would be a very reliable partner for me.
My package was well packed and arrived super fast. This was my 2nd order in 4 weeks. I would buy here again :-)
